Role Description - Perform configuration and management of disk and backup storage for connection to Government resources. - Perform monitoring, reporting, and analysis of disk and backup storage for connection to Government resources. - Provide an Incident Management ticket report outlining compliance. - Perform architect support and design of disk and backup storage for connection to Government resources. - Provide configuration and management recommendations of disk and backup storage for connection to government agency resources while applying industry best practices. - Perform configuration and management of disk and backup storage for connection to government agency resources. - Tune disk and backup storage for connection to government agency resources. - Provide project management support for all projects in relation to disk and backup storage environments for appropriate networks requiring clearance and access. - Perform process analysis of all processes in relation to disk and backup storage environments for connection to Government resources. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance. Active Top Secret clearance preferred. - Minimum of 5 years relevant experience. - OS and at least ONE of the IAT level I certifications (A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE or SSCP). • Own day-to-day configuration and governance of HubSpot • Manage user roles, permissions, and system settings across multiple brands and BUs • Establish and enforce governance standards for naming conventions, workflows, and reporting • Maintain sandboxes and change control processes to ensure stability and audit readiness • Maintain clean, accurate, deduplicated data within HubSpot and connected systems • Ensure seamless and reliable integration with Salesforce • Troubleshoot sync errors, manage data flow during M&A dataset migrations • Partner with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops to refine lead scoring, lifecycle management, and ICP alignment • Build, test, and manage marketing automation workflows including lead routing, and nurture • Optimize processes that improve lead management, conversion, and campaign execution • Establish and maintain governance processes for HubSpot data security, access controls, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA) • Document and communicate system changes to ensure alignment across Enterprise Architecture and Marketing Ops • Develop and maintain HubSpot native dashboards and reports that track funnel performance and attribution • Provide reporting on data hygiene, compliance (opt-out/Do Not Contact), and system performance • Train and support Marketing and Sales resources on HubSpot best practices

• Oversee and mentor a team of highly skilled pre-sales engineers responsible for customer engagement, technical solution design, and proposal development. • Be the bridge between our sales organization, engineering teams, and customers — ensuring our technology solutions meet the highest standards of performance, compliance, and innovation. • Lead and develop a team of pre-sales engineers supporting both federal and enterprise customers. • Oversee all technical engagement activities: discovery, architecture design, RFP responses, and demonstrations. • Guide the team in crafting strategic, compliant, and scalable technology solutions that align with client missions and business goals. • Collaborate with account executives to drive pipeline growth, customer satisfaction, and technical win rates. • Maintain strong alignment with OEM and technology partners to ensure best-fit solutions. • Stay current on federal acquisition processes, cybersecurity mandates, and emerging enterprise technologies. • Champion continuous learning and professional development within the pre-sales team.
