Job Description

Technical Director – Advisory Systems Engineering

Future Tech Enterprise, Inc.

• Oversee and mentor a team of highly skilled pre-sales engineers responsible for customer engagement, technical solution design, and proposal development. • Be the bridge between our sales organization, engineering teams, and customers — ensuring our technology solutions meet the highest standards of performance, compliance, and innovation. • Lead and develop a team of pre-sales engineers supporting both federal and enterprise customers. • Oversee all technical engagement activities: discovery, architecture design, RFP responses, and demonstrations. • Guide the team in crafting strategic, compliant, and scalable technology solutions that align with client missions and business goals. • Collaborate with account executives to drive pipeline growth, customer satisfaction, and technical win rates. • Maintain strong alignment with OEM and technology partners to ensure best-fit solutions. • Stay current on federal acquisition processes, cybersecurity mandates, and emerging enterprise technologies. • Champion continuous learning and professional development within the pre-sales team.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years in IT solution architecture, systems engineering, or pre-sales leadership
  • Deep understanding of federal government IT programs (DoD, Civilian, or IC) and procurement environments
  • Experience leading pre-sales teams across commercial enterprise accounts
  • Proven ability to lead complex solution design efforts involving cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value at the C-suite and technical levels
  • Strong relationships with leading OEMs and technology partners
  • United States Citizenship is required.
  • 50% travel required (Customer visits, Conferences, Corp. meetings, etc.)
