Job Description

Product Manager – Aseptic Packaging

ProMach

• Support RSMs during customer presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions • Identify and qualify potential customers through market research, networking, and industry outreach • Participate in critical customer Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) to support the customer experience and ensure technical accuracy • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and seminars as required to promote Aseptic packaging solutions and gather market intelligence • Maintain expert-level knowledge of aseptic filling and sterile processing product lines • Maintain full visibility and engagement with every active aseptic sales opportunity • Review customer User Requirement Specifications (URS) and confirm that third party proposals accurately address all requirements • Ensure Salesforce is updated with accurate opportunity notes, next steps, and customer communication details • Document all quote requests in Salesforce to track timely delivery and follow-up • Monitor opportunity dashboards to ensure accuracy and identify any risks or delays • Maintain up-to-date tracking of all open aseptic orders, including project timelines, milestones, and FAT scheduling • Participate in project meetings with customers to support communication, manage expectations, and address technical or timeline concerns • Work with customers and third party project teams to obtain outstanding information, approvals, or deliverables • Identify schedule risks early and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues • Collaborate closely with After‑Sales Service to stay informed about any ongoing service or support issues related to installations • Provide product training and technical updates to RSMs as new features, models, or updates become available • Gather field feedback and communicate it to suppliers for continuous product improvement • Assist with competitive analysis and market insights to support strategy and forecasting

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, aseptic filling systems, or related technical fields strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of GMP, aseptic processing principles, and pharmaceutical equipment validation processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for customer visits, FATs, and trade shows
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex concepts into customer-friendly explanations
  • Strong project coordination and multitasking skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and communication
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with cross‑functional teams
  • Ability to travel in Europe and North America as needed estimated at 40-60%

About The Team: The Quote to Cash product domain team is looking for a product manager to drive the roadmap and vision and execution of multiple products supporting the GTM ecosystem. We are modernizing our sales experience with AI led experiences and this role will help support the build and execute the vision to modernize our GTM motions. About the Role: • Own the end-to-end product vision and multi-year roadmap for products within the CPQ ecosystem. • Lead 0→1 product initiatives, defining new capabilities from concept through launch and scale. • Drive digital transformation by modernizing legacy quoting workflows into intuitive, automated, and data-driven experiences. • Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI and intelligent automation can simplify quoting and accelerate deal velocity. Agile Execution & Fast Delivery • Operate with a strong Agile and MVP mindset, delivering value early and often through iterative releases. • Define clear product requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria to enable fast, high-quality delivery. • Partner closely with Engineering and UX to break down complex problems into incremental, testable solutions. • Balance speed and quality while scaling solutions across a complex enterprise environment. AI & Platform Modernization • Champion and implement the use of AI/ML to enhance quote to cash use cases, recommendations, approvals, and insights. • Lead modernization efforts that reduce technical debt and improve scalability, reliability, and performance. • Collaborate with Data, Platform, and Architecture teams to ensure responsible, secure, and scalable AI adoption. Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence • Serve as the primary product leader for Quote Management across Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and Engineering. • Align cross-functional stakeholders around priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery plans. • Communicate roadmap progress, outcomes, and impact to senior and executive leadership. Seller & Customer-Centric Outcomes • Deeply understand seller workflows, pain points, and customer buying journeys. • Use data, experimentation, and feedback loops to continuously refine the product. • Measure success through cycle-time reduction, productivity gains, adoption, and revenue impact. About You Basic Qualifications: - 8-10 years of Hands-on product management experience, including ownership of complex B2B or enterprise platforms - 2+ years of People Management experience - Demonstrated experience delivering 0→1 products and leading digital transformation initiatives. - Strong background in CPQ, Quote Management, Billing, Subscription Management, Sales Systems, or Revenue Operations. - Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, delivering MVPs and fast, iterative releases. - Experience applying AI/ML to enterprise workflows (automation, recommendations, insights, or decision support). - Experience modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native, scalable solutions. - Track record of delivering products that directly improve seller productivity and revenue outcomes. - Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
