• Ensure 100% accuracy in weekly supplier and partner reports, delivered on time. • Provide timely and accurate support for all tax-related requests, with a 100% satisfaction rate from internal and external stakeholders, within the first 5 days after the end month. • Actively support internal and external requirements, receiving positive feedback on organization and responsiveness. • Reduce the month-end close process to 8/9 calendar day within the first six months. • Efficiently manage the reconciliation of assigned accounts, completing them within the 6 calendar day. • Implement at least two process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy, with measurable reductions in processing time. • Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, and Capital Markets areas, delivering insightful financial analysis that contributes to key initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in Accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting processing in a medium or large organization
  • Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, preferably Netsuite).
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Outstanding Analytical and Process enhancement skills
  • High level of accuracy in preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Ability to run complex financial data analysis and provide actionable insights.
  • Implements process improvement using AI
  • Strong analytical skills to identify financial discrepancies, resolve issues, and improve efficiency

About the Role The Accounting Manager will be an integral member of the Finance team at Fabric, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing the general ledger and overseeing the entire monthly financial statement close process. You will lead and supervise the existing accounting team and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and scalability. What You'll Do As Accounting Manager, you will be the core driver of financial accuracy, integrity, and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Financial Close & Reporting: Perform timely and accurate month-end close, managing financial closing activities (including foreign entities), consolidation, balance sheet account reconciliations, and journal entries. - Team Leadership: Supervise the existing accounting team and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and accurately. - Process Improvement: Lead efforts to build out new workflows and structure, actively addressing and improving month-end close processes to drive operational efficiency. - Technical Accounting: Identify, research, and document Fabric’s technical accounting policies.
