JMI Reports has an immediate demand for field reporters nationwide to complete residential and commercial property insurance surveys as needed. Experience in insurance isn’t essential to handle this role. All jobs are delivered on our easy-to-use mobile app, and you can accept or decline the order after seeing the location and fee. Our typical assessments are as easy as using your phone to take pictures of the property and answer a few basic property questions through our user-friendly BlueSkyVUE app (available for free on the App Stores). • Act as an on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete Electronic Security projects with assigned customers in a safe and cost effective manner. • Performs or delegates tasks as required to execute and fully complete assigned projects including: system programming, integration, installation coordination, system and network commissioning and project closeout • Develops project plans and coordinates the required resources to ensure timely and cost effective installation and completion of assigned projects. • Provides work direction to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administration as necessary • Completes typical installation of hardware design and software programming using established standards as required. • Validates complete system functionality and resolves issues with subcontractors and others to ensure proper operation. • Provides accurate project as-built and commissioning documentation • Provides coaching, mentoring and technical assistance to Security Technicians, Electrical Installers, System Designers, Subcontractors, and other less experienced team members. • Ensures work performed is in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements, and ensures Johnson Controls staff and subcontractors adhere to all safety standards. • Assists with the selection, ordering, budget and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned via our web-based tool process • Effectively communicates the status of projects to management as required and assists with monthly forecasts of revenue, costs, and gross margin. • Performs site-specific training for owner/operator on the total system in full or with assistance.

• Serve as the primary technical interface for customers evaluating and designing with Altera FPGAs, SoCs, IP, and software tools. • Understand customer architectures, performance requirements, and design constraints to recommend optimal device families, IP blocks, and development flows. • Deliver technical presentations, hands‑on workshops, and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs. • Support customers through the full design cycle — from concept and RTL development to timing closure, power optimization, and board bring‑up. • Troubleshoot complex issues involving FPGA logic, embedded processors, high‑speed interfaces, memory subsystems, and power architectures. • Maintain deep knowledge of Altera’s FPGA architectures, Quartus toolchain, IP portfolio, and embedded software ecosystem.

• Provide comprehensive remote and on-site technical support for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systems • Diagnose, service, and resolve hardware and software issues • Implement and execute preventive maintenance programs for all BD Pyxis systems • Deliver efficient field services including installations, repairs, calibrations, and training to healthcare customers • Maintain accurate small parts inventory for service needs • Properly secure and maintain company assets in optimal working condition • Commit to ongoing training and self-development to enhance product knowledge and technical skills
