Role Description We are looking for a senior web designer to join our company remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for design conception, realization, and improvement. You are setting the gold standard of the small industry we are in. Through your creative abilities, you are able to identify new, improved ways of guiding our users through the sales experience. You know that a good design requires more than just pixels; it requires thought. Sometimes you will work closely with our backend engineers to ensure a close fit between front- and backend. - Own the frontend, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution - Turn your designs into production-ready, systems-based HTML and CSS. Where needed, vue.js, reactjs or any other framework you are used to working with. - Deep understanding of UX and its impact on conversions - Partner with our backend-engineers to establish a clear connection between front and backend - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business need and translate goals into effective designs - A portfolio that demonstrates masterful understanding and application of layout, color, and typography - A strong body of marketing work that tells a compelling and consistent story about a product, business, or initiative - Experience collaborating closely with non-designers and bringing design thinking and processes to a wider team or organization - Ability to write semantic HTML and functional CSS to bring design to life in the browser - Experience with designing and/or building responsive, mobile-first web pages. - Ability to work in an autonomous, remote-friendly environment where communication and collaboration are frequently asynchronous and in writing. • Lead and inspire the Web Design team • Define and execute a comprehensive web design strategy • Optimize the website for growth using analytics • Collaborate with Web Developers for design feasibility • Maintain a unified visual language across the site • Communicate design decisions to stakeholders

• Design, build, and update a never-ending stream of promotional landing pages. • Provide website support and updates for internal departments. • Work closely with in-house departments to complete tasks. • Troubleshoot and problem solve website-based issues. • Flexible working hours between 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday.

- Audit our current website and identify opportunities to improve structure, clarity, and conversion - Design and build new pages and sections directly in Framer - Develop clean, responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile - Create thoughtful interactions and animations that enhance UX (not distract from it) - Translate ideas and rough direction into polished, production-ready designs - Implement custom components, overrides, or code where needed - Collaborate with our team on content, structure, and iteration
