• Lead and inspire the Web Design team • Define and execute a comprehensive web design strategy • Optimize the website for growth using analytics • Collaborate with Web Developers for design feasibility • Maintain a unified visual language across the site • Communicate design decisions to stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years specializing in web design
  • 2+ years of experience leading a Web Design team
  • Deep understanding of web fundamentals (HTML/CSS)
  • Master-level proficiency in Figma
  • Comfortable using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or VWO
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, UI/UX, or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English (C1 or higher)
