• The primary focus of this position is the operation of ENERGY STAR programs including ENERGY STAR Retail Products Platform and Midstream Incentive Programs. • The person will take full responsibility for developing, communicating, training, measuring and evaluating the success of the programs and effectiveness including preliminary through post program data management, expense management and revenue assurance and reporting. • The position involves being very comfortable with every aspect of the ENERGY STAR Certified Product appliance sell-in and sell through information from the members and vendors along with all platforms of internal data structure. • The role will also include working with other internal departments as well as external groups as well. • The role requires multitasking between many different intricacies surrounding ENERGY STAR incentives, products, and retailers.
• Design and develop visually compelling e-commerce websites using HTML and CSS • Build and maintain websites within our OneShop platform • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into effective digital solutions • Ensure all websites are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards • Create supporting graphic assets for web (banners, promotions, landing pages, etc.) • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring optimal performance and usability • Continuously stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging web technologies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, aligning marketing initiatives with business goals. • Lead monthly strategy and performance calls with clients and internal teams, translating discussions into actionable plans. • Develop, organize, and execute promotional campaigns across digital channels, including website, email, and paid media. • Present marketing strategies and performance insights in clear, client-friendly terms. • Analyze and report monthly on campaign performance, website analytics, and key performance indicators. • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, digital, and technical teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. • Coordinate content development and ensure timely delivery of creative assets and promotional materials. • Manage third-party vendors and digital partners to support campaign objectives. • Support co-op advertising initiatives, including participation tracking, fund utilization, and claim submission processes. • Maintain organized project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. • Attend biannual Nationwide PrimeTime events and travel as needed for client meetings or industry engagements.

• Design, build, and update a never-ending stream of promotional landing pages. • Provide website support and updates for internal departments. • Work closely with in-house departments to complete tasks. • Troubleshoot and problem solve website-based issues. • Flexible working hours between 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday.
