Role Description The Senior Lead DevOps Engineer is a hands-on technical leader responsible for driving DevOps execution, cloud-native platform operations, CI/CD excellence, and infrastructure reliability across Zynx Health’s engineering organization. - Reports directly to the Director of Product Development. - Leads the DevOps function while remaining deeply engaged in implementation. - Designs, builds, and optimizes CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/OpenShift environments, infrastructure-as-code practices, and observability frameworks. - Supports backend services (Java/Groovy/Spring Boot, .NET Core), frontend applications (React, Svelte), and data platforms (MarkLogic, SQL, Redis). - Manages and mentors DevOps Engineers who operate as a shared service team supporting multiple full-stack development teams. - Ensures reliable deployments, scalable environments, mature automation, and consistent platform standards. - Works closely with the Principal Enterprise Architect and Security & Compliance Lead to align DevOps practices with enterprise architecture standards and healthcare regulatory requirements. - Champions responsible adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools to enhance automation, improve deployment quality, accelerate troubleshooting, and elevate platform documentation and operational efficiency.
