• entering documents into the accounting system • process formal and accounting validation of documents necessary for the accounting process • verify various documents from accounting, payment and tax view as well as support the monthly closing activities • review, book and reconcile bank statements and card statements • support purchasing process including creation of purchase requisitions, managing purchase orders and handling receipts to ensure everything stays on track • contribute to automation of accounting processes • prepare information and statements in the area of accounting as well as data for internal and external audits

Job Requirements

  • Administration, accounting or economics degree
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in shared service organization
  • Basic knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations
  • Basic knowledge of Croatian accounting regulation would be an advantage
  • English written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to take initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-suite
  • Both teamwork and individual work skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Maintain a high level of cooperation and good relations with all employees
