Staff Accountant
SDL
• Assist in the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations. • Participate in month-end close procedures, including prepaid expenses, accruals, deferred revenue, and reconciliations. • Support cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting processes. • Support payroll processing and benefits reconciliations. • Help prepare audit documentation and support tax filings, including 1099 reporting and nexus review. • Assist with system implementations, process improvements, and scaling accounting operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on NetSuite experience across the full accounting cycle.
- Solid grasp of GAAP and month-end close processes.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Active Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one.
- Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.

Role Description This is a remote position. As a US Investment Fund Accountant, you’ll work closely with a Senior Accountant, supporting fund accounting activities while building real expertise in hedge fund operations.
