Role Description We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support a dynamic and growing accounting team. This role will have exposure to multi-entity operations and will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement. - Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, intercompany transactions, payroll, fixed assets, and other core accounting areas. - Review balance sheet reconciliations and provide guidance to team members. - Perform P&L and variance analysis across multiple operating units, providing insights and partnering with operations. - Support the development and implementation of internal controls and process improvements. - Assist with the annual audit process in coordination with external auditors. - Support training and development of junior team members as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. - Approximately 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience. - Prior experience in a multi-entity environment strongly preferred. - Healthcare industry experience is a plus. - Advanced Excel skills required. - Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred or similar).
