Field Service Engineer

• Perform Field service activities including commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization and maintenance of equipment • Perform all mechanical, electrical, electronic, and optical tuning and setup • Collaborate with customers on-site and provide consultancy that helps customers to achieve highest performance and reduce food waste • Work on intelligent and pioneering technologies • Be a TOMRA ambassador • Be trained and equipped with the necessary knowledge and tool
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field service or customer support
- Working knowledge of basic analog and digital circuits, electrical power circuits, PLC circuits - mandatory
- You are fluent in Spanish and have a good level of English - mandatory
- You are intrigued by travelling at least 80% of the time, and with a high degree of flexibility (including holiday season and weekends)
- Ability to read schematics
- Technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills
- You love to relate to customers, their views, and issues, locally and in other countries and cultures
- You have a passion for Engineering
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
