Who We're Looking For Our HR Technology strategy involves a forward-thinking approach to understanding current and future trends as well as the impact of our investments in our people. The HR Technology Specialist is a member of the HR function. They will be the primary support contact for our Workday user community while also ensuring that the security and confidentiality of our Workday platform is maintained. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of the HR function, is proactive and creative in looking at issues, an strong team player, and is comfortable with navigating the Workday platform. There is room for role expansion to support other HR technology systems.- Some of What You'll Do Scope of the Role: - Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role and has no direct reports. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the SME for all areas of Workday - Support contact for the Workday user community by trouble shooting problems, answering questions ensuring queries are addressed in a timely manner with excellent customer service - Collaborate with Workday Community to resolve issues found within Workday and proactively remain informed about Workday enhancements - Create documentation for new processes and update existing documentation based on enhancements made to existing processes - Perform Workday administrative functions including security maintenance, business process configuration, data loads, etc - Assist with twice a year mandatory system enhancement releases, including identifying and recommending process improvements from the newly released enhancements - Regularly perform data audits and validation, and follow up with appropriate teams for corrections - Collaborate with HR and functional stakeholders to build reporting (simple, advanced, matrix, etc) Experience, Education and Certifications: - Bachelor's degree; human resources preferred or related field - 8+ years of back-end experience on the Workday platform with experience in all SKUs of Workday - Minimum 4-6 years of relevant Human Resources work experience - Excellent customer service skills, able to collaborate with a wide variety of people Additional Requirements: - Advanced knowledge of Workday back-end configuration - Capable of creating/maintaining custom reports - Experience with creating calculated fields - Must be experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel Outlook, PowerPoint; In Excel, must have ability to create pivot tables, vlookups) - A strong foundation and understanding of key HR practices and issues - Detail oriented and organized, with high degree of accuracy - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality - Proven ability to prioritize and complete tasks with tight deadlines - Ability to work both independently and as a team player - Strong problem-solving skills - Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written - Able to work in a fast-paced, time-critical environment - Why You Should Join Us Join us as we write a new chapter, guided by world-class leadership.
