Coordinateur(trice) Ventes et Marketing

• Être la/le propriétaire du pipeline HubSpot : mise à jour rigoureuse des opportunités, étapes et notes • Effectuer les relances clients et prospects selon les délais convenus courriel, téléphone ou Slack • Alerter proactivement l'équipe quand une opportunité stagne ou nécessite une action • Produire des rapports hebdomadaires sur l'état du pipeline pour la direction • Orchestrer les échanges entre les personnes impliquées dans une opportunité (direction, ventes, expert technique) • Planifier et coordonner les rencontres clients avec les bonnes ressources internes • Gérer de bout en bout les demandes de fonds partenaires AWS : soumettre, suivre et clore les dossiers dans le portail APN • Tenir à jour le tableau de bord des fonds AWS actifs, montants approuvés et délais de réclamation • Rédiger et publier des posts LinkedIn en lien avec les actualités d'Unicorne, les cas clients et les tendances cloud/SaaS • Maintenir un calendrier éditorial simple en collaboration avec l'équipe ventes et marketing • Coordonner des articles de blogue positionnant Unicorne comme expert AWS/SaaS • Créer et tenir à jour les outils de vente : pitch decks, one-pagers, fiches produit, études de cas clients

Job Requirements

  • Diplôme en administration, communication, marketing ou domaine connexe
  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire (coordination ventes, marketing, ops ou hybride)
  • Maîtrise d'un CRM, HubSpot idéalement (essentiel)
  • Excellente communication écrite en français ET en anglais
  • Rigueur irréprochable dans le suivi de dossiers multiples
  • Proactivité : tu relances sans qu'on te le demande
  • Assertivité : à l'aise pour relancer des clients et des collègues avec tact
  • Curiosité naturelle pour les environnements technologiques (cloud, SaaS, AWS)
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément avec autonomie
  • Atout : expérience en contexte SaaS, tech ou startup
  • Atout : expérience avec les programmes partenaires cloud (AWS APN ou équivalent)
  • Atout : connaissance de base des outils SEO et de gestion de contenu
