This role is a critical business function, bridging operations and technology, enabling scalable growth, and ensuring flawless execution during rollouts, enhancements, and peak demand. --- Key Responsibilities Blue Yonder WMS Ownership · Serve as the primary system owner for Blue Yonder WMS, ensuring stability, accuracy, and high performance across all operational workflows. · Manage configuration updates, parameter adjustments, rule logic, user roles, and functional settings within the BY WMS environment. · Partner with IT and BY support on incident resolution, system patches, upgrades, and new feature activation. Systems Support & Troubleshooting · Provide Level 1–2 issue resolution for system errors, workflow interruptions, and user challenges. · Analyze logs, workflows, and system data to identify root causes and prevent future disruptions. · Deliver after-hours support to sustain system availability and protect customer SLAs. Team Leadership & Development · Manage and develop a team of 4-6 WMS analysts/specialists responsible for daily support and configuration tasks. · Prioritize workload, assign system responsibilities, and ensure coverage for all shifts and operational windows. · Establish documentation standards, SOPs, and training materials. Training & Operational Partnership · Train operational users, leads, and supervisors on WMS functionality, processes, and best practices. · Recommend process improvements leveraging Blue Yonder capabilities to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency. · Act as the liaison between Operations, IT, Engineering, and external partners. Data Integrity & Reporting · Ensure high data quality across locations, inventory, transactions, and workflows. · Support reporting functions including KPIs, productivity metrics, and exception reporting. --- Qualifications Required · 5+ years experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS in a configuration, systems, or support capacity. · Strong knowledge of WMS workflows: receiving, putaway, picking, replenishment, packing, shipping, returns, and labor-related functions. · Experience leading UAT, system rollouts, and production cutovers. · Ability to manage a team and prioritize competing site needs. · Comfortable providing after-hours and weekend support when needed. Role Description Under the supervision of the Hospital Manager of Medical Staff Services/DUHS CVO, the Medical Staff Services Coordinator is responsible for coordination of aspects of DUHS Medical Staff Services office by providing essential verification and quality control functions to support DUHS's goals for credentialing and privileging health care providers while ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and delegated requirements.
