• Support planning and execution for virtual and in-person programs, including run-of-show documents, timelines, and checklists. • Coordinate logistics and communications with speakers, facilitators, and participants. • Prepare and organize materials for sessions, including agendas, participant packets, links, and notes. • Draft and refine participant communications, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. • Support onboarding workflows such as registration, calendar coordination, Zoom links, and FAQs. • Ensure participants have clear, timely information and a smooth onboarding experience. • Proofread and lightly edit program curricula, handouts, and supporting resources. • Maintain an organized internal library of program assets, templates, and recordings. • Capture session notes and convert them into clear, usable internal documentation. • Build and send post-event surveys, track responses, and summarize key insights. • Maintain accurate rosters, attendance records, and basic program metrics. • Draft and refine promotional copy for programs, including email invitations and short-form content.
