Marketing Manager II, Enterprise Product Marketing
Instacart
• Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for enterprise e-commerce products across the Instacart Marketplace, Storefront, Storefront Pro, and Fulfillment Services. • Lead insight-led go-to-market strategy and execution for product enhancements and priority feature suites, driving adoption through sales enablement, content, and coordinated campaigns. • Build scalable sales tools, master narratives, and educational resources that equip commercial teams and help retailers understand product value and best practices. • Support retailer growth programs by developing best practice materials, success stories, nurture content, and demand pathways across the full suite of e-commerce offerings. • Partner with Product, S&P, and Research to synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights that inform GTM planning and strengthen product differentiation.
Job Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology product/B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to retail, grocery, or e-commerce.
- Strong communicator and writer with the ability to distill complex products into compelling narratives and GTM assets.
- Proven ability to run cross-functional launch processes and deliver integrated programs that drive product adoption and commercial impact.
- Experience translating customer, market, and competitive insights into messaging, positioning, and strategic recommendations.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and an execution-first mindset, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player able to influence stakeholders across product and commercial teams
- Skilled at insights-led content creation, including presentations, articles, and educational videos.
- Experience marketing to various company sizes from large enterprises to small/medium sized businesses (preferred)
- Experience marketing to a Retailer/Grocery audience (preferred)
- Experience working for a high-growth company or start-up (preferred)
- Technical proficiency (preferred)
