Growth Marketing Manager

• Responsible for the data-driven optimization of the digital customer journey • Aimed at converting existing traffic and leads into qualified inquiries and long-term customer relationships • Optimization of key conversion points (landing pages, forms, booking flows) • Identification of drop-offs and friction points using quantitative and qualitative data • Building and prioritizing a CRO/Growth backlog and executing A/B and UX tests • Technical implementation of minor adjustments (tracking, events, simple front-end optimizations) • Analysis of user behavior using analytics, heatmap and session-recording tools • Development of scalable growth approaches and evaluation of new tools and methods • Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Content, Design and Development
Job Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in conversion optimization, growth marketing, digital analytics or comparable roles
- Technical or analytical educational background (e.g., business informatics, computer science, data analytics or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of digital funnels, user behavior and conversion psychology
- Experience with testing and analysis tools (e.g., A/B testing, web analytics, user analysis)
- Ability to implement technical issues independently or to specify them clearly
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured working style
- Language skills: German at native level / English at least business fluent (negotiation level)
