• Own and drive the technical strategy for the Compose pillar, aligning architecture with ambitious product goals and measurable business outcomes. • Identify and lead multi-team initiatives that unlock new competitive capabilities; not just incremental improvements. • Translate product vision into concrete technical problems and execution plans. • Lead high-impact efforts from architecture through delivery, especially where scale, ambiguity, or systemic risk is highest. • Establish and evolve architectural guardrails and governance processes to prevent drift as we scale. • Strengthen cross-pillar alignment with Design, Develop, and Infrastructure to enable clean integrations and platform interoperability. • Eliminate structural sources of technical debt and recurring risk, improving reliability, determinism, and operational clarity. • Increase engineering leverage through thoughtful automation and responsible use of AI-assisted tooling. • Raise the talent bar by mentoring senior engineers, contributing to hiring, and developing future Staff-level leaders.

• Develop and maintain high-quality FullStack applications based in project requirements • Conduct Peer Code Reviews and contribute to improving development standards • Take on User Stories to develop code that aligns with project specifications • Work with external teams to integrate solutions • Analyze and troubleshoot application issues ensuring optimal performance • Create and maintain documentation for all development activities • Follow SDLC process and particpate in Agile/Scrum meetings

• Design, develop and maintain APIs, services and interfaces that support the entire acquisition flow (landing pages, sign-up, login, trial and onboarding). • Build server-side and front-end logic to support A/B tests, feature flags and conversion optimization experiments. • Connect our platform to essential growth tools, such as CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), payment gateways (Stripe), marketing automation and analytics tools (Segment, Mixpanel). • Ensure maximum loading speed (Core Web Vitals) and apply technical SEO best practices to drive organic acquisition. • Write clean, semantic code covered by automated tests, ensuring a secure and resilient architecture for traffic spikes. • Collaborate with the data team to segment users and instrument the front-end to capture interaction metrics (GA4, Mixpanel).
