Job Requirements

Role Description Our Email & SMS Marketing Manager is responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven decision-making. You will manage and expand our email and SMS channels, ensuring campaigns are high-performing and aligned with overall marketing goals. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Klaviyo or similar, an analytical mindset, and a passion for delivering personalized, impactful messaging.
