Role Description A DevOps Engineer joining our small, remotely distributed DevOps Team will be expected to contribute effectively towards delivering DevOps projects and ad-hoc items on a timely basis, as well as to contribute to team discussions and problem-solving efforts. The DevOps Engineer is expected to work collaboratively, with guidance from senior team members, and also independently where practicable. Effective communication is essential, as is an aptitude to learn new and progress existing DevOps skills. The DevOps Team is part of, and works closely with, the wider ZigZag Platform Team to design, implement, maintain and support ZigZag’s Infrastructure and application architecture as it relates to our SaaS products. DevOps facilitates the continuous improvement and stability of our solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers, and empowers our development teams by provisioning scalable, reliable infrastructure and efficient, effective deployment processes.
