Overview The DevOps Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and reliable CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery across development teams. This role is heavily focused on pipeline automation, from code commit to production deployment - ensuring testing, compliance, and security are seamlessly integrated into every stage. Salary range for the role is between $120,000 and $130,000 with an annual bonus. Responsibilities - Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines that automate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments. - Integrate quality gates, security scanning, and compliance checks into all stages of the pipeline (e.g., SAST, DAST, dependency scanning). - Automate approval workflows and pull request validation to enforce code quality and security standards. - Maintain and optimize pipeline performance for speed, reliability, and observability. - Collaborate closely with developers to integrate pipelines into existing workflows, resolve build issues, and reduce friction. - Leverage GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and other tools to standardize CI/CD processes. - Support IaC and configuration management as part of deployment automation using Terraform and Ansible. - Create detailed documentation and runbooks for pipeline infrastructure and deployment procedures. - Advocate for and implement DevOps best practices across the engineering organization.
