• Build and develop the market: You will develop the market-entry strategy for the education sector in the DACH region and build a strong sales pipeline. • Acquire new customers: You will proactively win new clients in the tertiary education sector—particularly universities, colleges and providers of vocational training. • Manage end-to-end sales: You will be responsible for the entire sales process from lead generation through product demos to contract signing. • Build partnerships: You will develop strategic partnerships with EdTech providers, distributors and resellers to expand market reach. • Leverage your network in the education market: You will establish relationships with key decision-makers across the education ecosystem, including universities, public institutions and industry partners. • Collaborate with internal teams: You will work closely with product, marketing and customer success teams to feed market feedback into the organization and ensure an excellent customer experience. • Strengthen brand presence: You will represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows and position the solutions within the education market.
Job Requirements
- EdTech or education market experience: Several years of experience in business development or sales within the EdTech space—ideally in the higher education or broader education market.
- Hunter mentality: You enjoy opening up new markets and acquiring new customers.
- LMS understanding: You are familiar with learning management systems such as Moodle or similar platforms and understand the requirements of modern learning environments.
- Network in the education sector: Ideally you already have contacts at universities, colleges or other educational institutions.
- Negotiation skills: You are confident when engaging with decision-makers and can successfully close complex deals.
- Working style & tools: You work in a structured, self-directed manner and have experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Languages: German at C2 level and very good English skills.

Description About the Role. NinjaOne is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our SLED Sales team, with a focus on managing our SMB and Mid Market SLED Account Executives. This leadership role is critical in developing and scaling our go-to-market strategies for State & Local Governments and Education prospects. As the Sales Manager, SLED, you will guide a team of Account Executives who bring strong sales acumen and a passion for helping public sector organizations modernize and simplify IT. In this role, you will work closely with senior sales leadership, marketing, channel, product, engineering, and field teams to drive successful sales strategies across the NinjaOne platform. This highly visible role requires a strong blend of sales leadership, operational rigor, territory strategy, and business partnership to support our continued growth in the public sector market. Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX. Role Description Bloom, the insurance industry’s trusted growth partner, is seeking a motivated and skilled Licensed Health Plan Advisor to join our team for the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December 7). This is a temporary Medicare Sales Agent position supporting Bloom’s Medicare sales programs during the busiest part of the year. - The role typically begins in August or September, depending on business needs and program assignment. - Agents will receive an assigned schedule based on Hours of Operation (HOO) and are expected to adhere to the designated work hours. - During AEP, typical HOO run Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–11:00 PM EST. - You will work assigned leads through inbound and/or outbound calls, depending on the specific program. - The primary focus will be Medicare Advantage (MA) sales for one carrier, and agents may not sell MA products outside of Bloom. - This is a temporary role aligned with the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), which runs October 15 – December 7. - There is potential for the contract to extend into the Open Enrollment Period (OEP), January 1 – March 31, based on performance and business needs. - High-performing agents may be considered for transition to a full-time benefits eligible role, depending on available opportunities.
