Role Description Bloom, the insurance industry’s trusted growth partner, is seeking a motivated and skilled Licensed Health Plan Advisor to join our team for the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December 7). This is a temporary Medicare Sales Agent position supporting Bloom’s Medicare sales programs during the busiest part of the year. - The role typically begins in August or September, depending on business needs and program assignment. - Agents will receive an assigned schedule based on Hours of Operation (HOO) and are expected to adhere to the designated work hours. - During AEP, typical HOO run Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–11:00 PM EST. - You will work assigned leads through inbound and/or outbound calls, depending on the specific program. - The primary focus will be Medicare Advantage (MA) sales for one carrier, and agents may not sell MA products outside of Bloom. - This is a temporary role aligned with the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), which runs October 15 – December 7. - There is potential for the contract to extend into the Open Enrollment Period (OEP), January 1 – March 31, based on performance and business needs. - High-performing agents may be considered for transition to a full-time benefits eligible role, depending on available opportunities.
