HR Systems – Automation Specialist
RISK
• Design, implement, and optimize automated HR workflows using HiBob and other HR systems. • Lead HR process automation initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce manual work across PeopleOps. • Manage integrations between HiBob and other internal and external systems (ATS, LMS, payroll, finance, and communication tools). • Manage and improve data flows between HR systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability. • Execute and oversee data migrations between HR systems with proper quality control. • Participate in HR tech and PeopleOps automation projects, including initiatives involving AI solutions. • Collaborate with HR and other teams to translate operational needs into scalable system and automation solutions. • Provide technical guidance and support to the HR team on system-related processes.
Job Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience working with HiBob.
- 3+ years of experience working with HRIS / HR Tech systems.
- Hands-on experience using no-code automation tools (e.g., N8N, Make, Slack workflows, Asana workflows, webhooks, triggers) to automate HR processes.
- Advanced understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Experience managing integrations and data flows between systems.
- Experience executing or supporting data migrations between HR platforms.
- Experience working with or implementing AI-based tools.
- Strong understanding of the full HR lifecycle — from hiring to compensation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written).

Role Description As a People Services Specialist, you will be a key member of the People Services team, providing accurate generalist guidance and support to Employees & Managers pertaining to HR Policies and processes. You will be responsible for the delivery of administrative and transactional support across the Employee Lifecycle. Responsibilities - Employee Lifecycle & Case Management - Primary contact for people-related queries across the employee lifecycle, including employee job changes, probation, service awards, payroll-related activity, and offboarding. - Provide timely and accurate responses in line with agreed Service Level Agreements, ensuring a "once and done" approach wherever possible. - Accurately record and manage your work within the ticket management system, documenting all activity and outcomes. - Workday & Data Management - Support the use of Workday by employees and managers, coaching and signposting to self-service. - Monitor and manage task completion and follow up with employees and managers to ensure processes are completed correctly. - Maintain data accuracy through regular auditing, data cleansing, and reporting. - Produce reports and support data requests, including payroll inputs, audit requirements, and business reporting. - Payroll, Compliance & Governance - Liaise with Payroll to ensure accurate processing, mindful of payroll cut-off dates. - Ensure all transactions and documentation meet legal, statutory, SOx, and internal policy requirements. - Maintain accurate and secure employee records, ensuring you apply correct filing, naming conventions, and document controls. - Support audits by preparing, recording, and maintaining required documentation following governance standards. - Knowledge & Continuous Improvement - Reference and review knowledge base articles, templates, letters, and guidance materials, ensuring content remains accurate, compliant, and aligned to Inizio's brand and EVP. - Contribute to continuous improvement projects by identifying opportunities to improve processes. - Participate in team meetings, projects, and change programs that support the ongoing development of People Services. - Collaboration & Service Delivery - Work with People Services colleagues, the People & Culture teams, HR Centres Of Expertise, Finance (Payroll), IT and other teams. - Manage shared mailboxes and support workflow prioritisation.
