• Content execution and publishing: Upload and publish YouTube videos • Write and format repurposed LinkedIn posts • Coordinate graphics and copy for case studies, client results, and agency updates • Maintain consistent posting cadence and schedules • Repurpose long-form content into platform-native formats • Ensure consistency across visuals, tone, and messaging • Content production management (end-to-end): Topic tracking and backlog management • Script coordination and formatting • Scheduling recordings with the Founder • Managing external freelancers (video editor, thumbnail designer) • Reviewing deliverables for quality, completeness, and readiness • Ensure every asset moves cleanly through the pipeline (idea, recording, video edit, thumbnail design, publishing, repurposing across channels)

Position Description: PAR Technology is seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing Enablement to build and lead two critical functions: internal team enablement and customer training.
