• Build and launch lifecycle outputs in platforms like Klaviyo, following the master brief to ensure every campaign is correctly set up, rigorously QA’d, and functionally perfect. • Own ClickUp and make sure is always kept up to date, every delivery item is delivered on time and following our quality standards. • Manage day-to-day internal and client communications, ensuring absolute clarity on deliverables while running a tight approval process that captures and actions feedback without delay. • Empower the copy and design teams by providing clear inputs and realistic deadlines, maintaining a balanced workload that allows for high-quality, high-momentum execution. • Monitor and optimize execution results against client KPIs, identifying patterns or technical opportunities to share with the Strategist to ensure our work continuously improves.
• Pipeline generation (inbound + targeted outbound) • Convert inbound demand into structured opportunities • Proactively generate outbound opportunities in high-fit accounts (DTC brands, subscription-first businesses, health, wellness, beauty category, USA or UK) • Re-activate stalled deals and follow up with discipline until a clear yes/no outcome • Full-cycle sales ownership • Run high-signal discovery (pain, constraints, timeline, decision process, budget) • Diagnose fit and disqualify fast when the account isn’t right • Present YOCTO’s approach in a consultative way (outcomes > tactics) • Build proposals that are clear on scope, success metrics, and expectations • Negotiate confidently (protecting pricing integrity; no “random discounting”) • Close deals and drive clean contracting / kickoff readiness • Process, forecasting, and reporting • Maintain a clean CRM (stages, next steps, close dates, notes) • Forecast accurately and make risks visible early • Share weekly pipeline updates that leadership can actually use (no fluff) • Sales to delivery handover • You do not own ongoing client servicing post-sale • You do ensure a high-quality handoff: context, goals, risks, stakeholder map, and what was sold vs. what must be delivered
• Generate net-new and cross-sell pipeline through tech and agency partners • Own partner relationships end-to-end: outreach → relationship → referral → closed-won • Proactively nurture existing partners to increase referral volume and quality • Clearly position YOCTO’s value so partners know when and who to refer • Identify and sign new tech and agency partners with strong ICP overlap • Build a balanced partner network that compounds over time • Qualify partners based on real revenue potential, not logos • Aim to add multiple high-quality partners per quarter • Execute high-impact co-marketing plays with partners: Webinars, Case studies, Email swaps, Content collaborations, Events • Turn relationships into repeatable distribution and demand generation • Represent YOCTO at relevant ecosystem events, meetups, and partner activations • Track partner activity, referrals, pipeline, and outcomes weekly • Own and improve partner processes and workflows over time
• Lead design for client engagements, setting visual direction, quality standards, and execution plans. • Mentor and grow mid-level and junior designers through feedback, reviews, and practical coaching. • Establish design processes, checklists, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency. • Create high-converting email templates, lifecycle assets, and landing pages aligned to client objectives. • Work closely with conversion copywriters and strategists to craft experiments and implement tests. • Translate analytics-backed insights into design hypotheses and iterate based on test results. • Advocate for brand clarity and UX across client touchpoints, balancing aesthetics with commercial performance.
• Always-on hiring & talent pipelines: Build and maintain always-on talent pools for key YOCTO roles • Proactively source and screen candidates even when we’re not actively hiring • Ensure we always have warm, qualified candidates ready when demand increases • First-stage candidate screening: Own initial screening for all roles • Assess role fit, seniority, communication clarity, and red flags early • Ensure only strong-fit candidates move forward to later interview stages • ATS & careers infrastructure (Teamtailor): Manage candidate stages, feedback, and documentation • Maintain clean, reliable hiring data for leadership visibility • Keep the careers website accurate and up to date • Hiring assets & standards: Develop / improve existing job descriptions • Create role-specific interview questions and evaluation criteria • Develop relevant test tasks where appropriate (realistic, predictive, fair) • Onboarding & offboarding systems: Develop / improve onboarding processes by role • Ensure new hires ramp quickly and understand expectations early • Develop structured offboarding procedures to capture learnings and protect institutional knowledge
• Content execution and publishing: Upload and publish YouTube videos • Write and format repurposed LinkedIn posts • Coordinate graphics and copy for case studies, client results, and agency updates • Maintain consistent posting cadence and schedules • Repurpose long-form content into platform-native formats • Ensure consistency across visuals, tone, and messaging • Content production management (end-to-end): Topic tracking and backlog management • Script coordination and formatting • Scheduling recordings with the Founder • Managing external freelancers (video editor, thumbnail designer) • Reviewing deliverables for quality, completeness, and readiness • Ensure every asset moves cleanly through the pipeline (idea, recording, video edit, thumbnail design, publishing, repurposing across channels)
• Produce thoughtful, testable creative across channels and own outcomes for campaigns and lifecycle sequences. • Write high‑converting emails & SMS: Subject lines, preview text, hooks, offers, CTAs—turn designs into messages that brand and sell. • Own campaign concepts & angles: Turn briefs into sharp creative strategies and scalable messaging frameworks that ladder up to revenue goals. • Craft lifecycle copy that retains: Welcome, post‑purchase, subscription, winback, churn‑save flows that increase customer LTV. • Develop landing page & offer copy: Headlines, hero sections, bullets, objection handling, FAQs, and checkout microcopy aligned to traffic and promos. • Research like a prosecutor: Pull VoC from reviews, support logs, social, and community channels; extract proof points, mechanisms, and specific claims. • Test, learn, scale: Propose A/B tests, define hypotheses, read results, and iterate to new controls. • Protect & elevate voice: Snap into each brand’s tone fast; document do’s/don’ts and collaborate closely with design and strategy.
