We provide clean renewable energy at competitive rates to over three million residents and businesses through approximately one million customer accounts.  What You’ll Do  CPA is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional with experience in community-led and local government decarbonization efforts to join our team as the Project Manager, Local Government Programs. This role will manage and coordinate initiatives that support local government sustainability efforts, including innovative programs designed to accelerate electrification and clean energy adoption.  The Project Manager will oversee key aspects of program implementation, including coordinating program enrollment, monitoring project progress, and managing stakeholder communications related to the Energized Communities program, focusing on the Electric Fleet and Innovation Fund initiatives. Role Description Pentecom is seeking a project manager to join our team! The project manager is responsible for day-to-day management of data conversion contracts and reports to the director of programs. The project manager provides a critical service within Pentecom to communicate, coordinate, and integrate the functions within a matrix organization to achieve a successful project outcome. What You’ll Do - Lead the development and management of project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out. - Guide and mentor project planners and schedulers, helping grow capability across teams. - Own schedule quality, critical path analysis, progress tracking, and change management. - Identify schedule risks early and develop recovery plans when projects fall behind. - Integrate schedules with cost, risk, and resource plans. - Work directly with clients and project leadership on schedule reviews, reporting, and delivery strategies. - Coordinate with regulatory, quality, and safety teams to ensure key nuclear milestones are built into the schedule. - Support planning for long-lead equipment, vendor schedules, modular construction, and site execution. - Help improve planning tools, systems, and ways of working across Worley. What You’ll Bring - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience in project planning). - 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling on large capital projects. - Experience working on nuclear projects or in highly regulated environments (power, energy, infrastructure, chemicals, etc.) is strongly preferred. - Strong working knowledge of EPC/EPCM project delivery. - Advanced experience with Primavera P6 and other planning / project controls tools. - Experience with schedule risk analysis, forecasting, and recovery planning. - Confident communicator who can work with engineers, construction teams, project managers, and clients. - Comfortable working in structured, safety-focused environments with strong quality standards. - Professional certifications (PMP, PMI-SP, AACEI, or similar) are preferred.
