• Development of new systems; • Evolutionary maintenance of existing systems; • Corrective maintenance of existing systems; • Participation in sprint planning; • Participation in the daily stand-up with the development team; • Follow the project’s predefined architectural requirements and standards.

• Support daily financial operations; • Verify and enter information into financial systems; • Ensure the organization and updating of controls and processes; • Assist with monthly financial close and reconciliations; • Provide general administrative support across the company (process management, support for managers, internal and operational requests); • Support the finance manager with day-to-day tasks.

• Infrastructure as Code: Provision production, staging, and development environments using Terraform to ensure standardization. • Data Reliability: Ensure availability and performance of spatial databases and high-speed caches. • Pipeline Automation: Build CI/CD pipelines for microservice deployments and automate data schema migrations. • Data Observability: Implement monitoring focused not only on infrastructure (CPU/RAM) but also on data health (ingestion lag, transformation failures, integrity of geo files). • Performance & Cost Optimization: Monitor resource consumption (FinOps) and propose architectures that reduce data egress and long-term storage costs. • Security: Implement IAM policies, secrets management (Secret Manager/KMS), and network isolation (VPC).

• Requirements definition and management: Managing requirements throughout the operational and delivery lifecycle; • Systems and software lifecycle engineering: Establishing and deploying an environment to safely develop, continuously improve, and operate software products and systems; • Business situation analysis: Investigating business situations to define recommendations for improvement actions; • Data modeling and design: Developing models and diagrams to represent and communicate data requirements and data assets; • User experience design: Producing design concepts and prototypes for user interactions and experiences with a product, system, or service; • Acceptance testing: Investigating products, systems, and services to evaluate behavior and verify compliance with specified or implied requirements and characteristics.

• In your day-to-day we expect you to work on the following processes: • Support and Optimization of Pipelines (ETL/ELT): Lead the planning, construction and evolution of data pipelines on Databricks, ensuring robustness, performance and scalability. • Develop, validate and optimize SQL and PySpark scripts, serving as a technical reference for the team. • Define and apply cost and cluster consumption optimization strategies, recommending configurations and best practices. • Design tables and data structures oriented to high performance and ease of consumption (analytics, reports, APIs). • Data Quality Gates: Define and implement data quality gates and rules in Databricks pipelines and Delta Live Tables (DLT). • Establish and monitor data quality metrics, ensuring that only reliable data reaches the consumption layers. • Investigate and remediate data quality issues in collaboration with business areas and technical teams. • Modeling and Metadata: Perform logical and physical modeling in the Lakehouse. • Keep the data model repository up to date. • Maintain documentation and metadata catalogs. • Databricks Administration and Security: Support administration of the Databricks Workspace. • Manage access profiles. • Apply security and governance policies. • Data Governance: Contribute to governance practices and standardization of data assets. • Ensure data integrity, traceability and consistency.

• Plan, build, and execute pipelines in Databricks. • Develop, validate, and optimize SQL and PySpark scripts. • Ensure efficient cluster usage and optimize cost and performance. • Design tables and data structures optimized for performance. • Implement data quality gates and rules in Databricks pipelines and Delta Live Tables (DLT). • Ensure that only trusted data reaches consumption layers. • Perform logical and physical modeling in the Lakehouse. • Keep the data model repository up to date. • Maintain documentation and metadata catalogs. • Support administration of the Databricks Workspace. • Manage access profiles. • Enforce security and governance policies. • Contribute to governance practices and standardization of data assets. • Ensure data integrity, traceability, and consistency.

• Support the data project management team in operational and organizational activities. • Assist in reviewing documentation (requirements, meeting minutes, presentations, plans, status reports), ensuring clarity and consistency. • Help organize schedules, meeting invites and follow-ups for meetings with internal teams and clients. • Prepare and update status reports and tracking dashboards (progress, risks, open items) based on information provided by management. • Record and monitor action items, risks, and decisions in management tools (Jira, Planner, Excel, etc.). • Support the preparation of materials for client meetings (presentations, executive summaries, progress overviews). • Assist in gathering and organizing business requirements, always under the supervision of management or more experienced analysts. • Keep documentation centralized and organized (Confluence, shared folders, SharePoint or equivalent). • Support communication between the technical team and the client, ensuring important information is recorded and shared.
