Role Description As a Senior Remuneration Analyst for Worley, you will provide job, remuneration and benefits analysis and advice, and support global remuneration projects. - Undertake remuneration and benefits benchmarking, survey submissions and salary band development. - Perform remuneration compa-ratio and other analysis at an individual level and in aggregate. Provide interpretation and advice of the outcomes. - Monitor and provide advice on market movement/forecasts and remuneration trends. - Support the delivery and governance of the annual pay review and variable pay reward processes, including the review and set-up of data and preparation of reports and analysis. - Conduct job analysis and evaluations using our internal organizational framework and provide advice on job tiers to People team stakeholders. - Understand global remuneration frameworks including total remuneration packages, cash, and equity incentive plans. - Support remuneration and benefits projects, including but not limited to remuneration design, job framework implementation, reward strategy design and implementation, project bonuses, benefits renewals and gender pay equity. - Draft reports, toolkits and communications for People and business stakeholders. - Prepare external reporting as required within region and globally. - Support the implementation and renewals of employee benefits programs as required. - Recommend process efficiencies for benefits administration, including automation and technology solutions. Qualifications - 3-10 years of experience in remuneration in a People team/Human Resources corporate or consulting environment (preferably in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders that is global in scale). - People/HR business partner experience is also applicable and will be considered, dependent on experience facilitating pay actions/pay reviews. - Experience in job analysis, evaluation, and remuneration benchmarking. - Excellent analytical and reporting skills with strong attention to detail. - Proven ability to work as part of a globally connected, virtual team. - Experience working with businesses directly that have supported the development of consulting skills. - Strong understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field. - Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues. - Some flexibility to work through various time zones if required for video calls/meetings. - Note: work from home flexibility from locations throughout India. This is a temporary, remote, rotational position, working in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). Job Purpose: The Roads and Pads Equipment Operator / Roustabout (Summer Hire) performs a variety of manual and medium-skilled to skilled tasks required to support the movement of materials, equipment and supplies between field locations and operating facilities. The Roustabout/Equipment Operator will operate a wide range of heavy industrial equipment including, but not limited to graders, loaders, snowblowers, maxi hauls, dozers, excavators, and tankers, in support of the Greater Prudhoe Bay roads and pads systems. Essential Job Functions: · Complete DOT pre- and post-trip inspections of trucks/trailers/heavy equipment prior to use, which includes checking the oil, fuel, general and visual inspection of the entire chassis (depending on type of each equipment being operated) windshield, mirrors, blade, tracks, wheel rims, thumping each tire and lug nuts. · Complete a job specific task hazard assessment (Pre-Task Safety Plan) prior to starting any job. · Notify lead/dispatch of any recognized faulty equipment and red tag for repair. · Adhere to all North slope client and Worley’s health, safety and environment policies and procedures always. · Safely secure all loads in accordance with DOT and company policies and best practices · Safely drive equipment to dispatched locations. · Maintain equipment in good/clean working order. · Maintain communications with dispatch and clients. · Attend various technical, developmental and safety trainings. · Demonstrate adherence to established safety policies and procedures. · Ability to identify and safely operate standard construction and maintenance hand and power tools. · Tend to pumps, compressors, generators to provide power for tools, machinery, and equipment, or to heat and move materials, lubricate machinery, equipment, and parts. · Clean and prepare shops to eliminate possible hazards. · Clean tools, equipment, machinery, and work areas. · Perform manual labor including cleanup, “stick-picking” shoveling, compacting, and backfilling excavations. · Assists other work crew members as directed. · Demonstrate support for company and client HSE management system. · Ability to complete a task hazard awareness assessment and administer mitigation to identified hazards. This is a remote/ rotational position, working in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while the employee is on location. Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided. Job Summary: Working under the supervision of the Wells Intervention Lead, the Wells Intervention Technician performs day to day manual labor and maintenance on equipment and facilities for the Wells Intervention Team. The Sales and Use Tax Manager will report to the Sr. Tax Manager and will work closely with the Worley US tax group. Responsibilities: Serving as a subject matter expert for US sales and use tax for multi-billion-dollar projects: - Liaise with Sr. Tax Manager and Tax Counsel to advise project personnel about sales and use tax implications for the project. - Primary point of contact for the external client regarding sales and use tax issues inherent in the project. - Assist with taxability determination for the projects related to AP and AR transactions. - Perform sales and use tax research as needed. - Gather data and assist with responses to state notices and assessment inquiries. - Download and review system reports to support monthly sales and use tax filings. - Coordinate sales and use tax filings and payments with internal stakeholders and ensure billable taxes are invoiced to the client. - Perform sales and use tax accruals and collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate unreconciled balances and assist with resolution. - Assist with exemption certificate management and with vendor tax disputes. - Support sales & use tax audits by gathering data (pulling GL, details, invoices, and POs). - Manage and extract queries and reports from ERP systems. - Notify Project Finance and Project Accountants of discrepancies for proper reporting. - Compile and maintain shipping and delivery information table. - Help ensure any new projects are set up properly and inform Tax Team.
