This is a temporary, remote, rotational position, working in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). The anticipated start date is late May 2026 with work expected to run through late September or October 2026. All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while the employee is on location. Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided. Job Purpose: The Roads and Pads Equipment Operator / Roustabout (Summer Hire) performs a variety of manual and medium-skilled to skilled tasks required to support the movement of materials, equipment and supplies between field locations and operating facilities. The Roustabout/Equipment Operator will operate a wide range of heavy industrial equipment including, but not limited to graders, loaders, snowblowers, maxi hauls, dozers, excavators, and tankers, in support of the Greater Prudhoe Bay roads and pads systems.
