We’re looking for a Principal Project Planner with experience supporting nuclear and large EPC/EPCM projects. In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership for project planning and scheduling across complex, high-value projects. You’ll work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, and clients to make sure project schedules are realistic, risk-informed, and set up for successful delivery. This is a senior, hands-on technical role — ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex planning challenges and being a go-to expert for project teams. What You’ll Do - Lead the development and management of project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out. - Guide and mentor project planners and schedulers, helping grow capability across teams. - Own schedule quality, critical path analysis, progress tracking, and change management. - Identify schedule risks early and develop recovery plans when projects fall behind. - Integrate schedules with cost, risk, and resource plans. - Work directly with clients and project leadership on schedule reviews, reporting, and delivery strategies. - Coordinate with regulatory, quality, and safety teams to ensure key nuclear milestones are built into the schedule. - Support planning for long-lead equipment, vendor schedules, modular construction, and site execution. - Help improve planning tools, systems, and ways of working across Worley. What You’ll Bring - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience in project planning). - 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling on large capital projects. - Experience working on nuclear projects or in highly regulated environments (power, energy, infrastructure, chemicals, etc.) is strongly preferred. - Strong working knowledge of EPC/EPCM project delivery. - Advanced experience with Primavera P6 and other planning / project controls tools. - Experience with schedule risk analysis, forecasting, and recovery planning. - Confident communicator who can work with engineers, construction teams, project managers, and clients. - Comfortable working in structured, safety-focused environments with strong quality standards. - Professional certifications (PMP, PMI-SP, AACEI, or similar) are preferred. The individual will serve as the primary subject matter expert and operational leader, collaborating intensively with Clinical Operations, Translational Medicine, Clinical Pharmacology, Data Management, Clinical Outsourcing, and external partners (CROs, central labs, bioanalytical labs, and specialty vendors) to execute seamless sample management for trials. - Manage the biospecimen lifecycle for Alentis Therapeutics clinical programs through collaboration with Clinical Operations, Data Management, Translational Medicine, Clinical Pharmacology, and external vendors that support all clinical studies. - Development of biospecimen lifecycle strategies through close collaboration with Clinical Pharmacology, Clinical Study team, and CRO. - Ensure program level consistency of biospecimen collection, processing, storage, and analysis across studies and programs. - Contribute to development of study protocols, ICFs, Data Transfer Specifications and other relevant study documents. - Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Procurement and Quality in the selection and management of central laboratories and specialty bioanalysis labs. - Manage the creation of complex sample management plans and laboratory documents that ensure the proper collection and storage of samples at clinical sites. - Manage sample analysis plans and enable study leads to deliver samples to appropriate analysis vendors on time. - Ensure data transfers between external vendors/CROs and Alentis are initiated, coordinated and managed. - This requires coordination with scientists, CROs and vendors and ability to interpret clinical study protocols. - Participate in cross-functional projects and working groups. - Ability to review and interpret clinical research protocols.
