• Responsible for analyzing, developing, supporting, and deploying projects related to telecommunications and bots; • Provide support for testing (UAT) and production alongside users and integrated systems; • Participate in system modeling and in the development of applications supporting Call Center systems; • Monitor the implementation of activities involving modifications to the IVR/bots; • Propose improvement plans according to business needs; • Gather business requirements and rules; • Participate in the preparation of project/operations planning; • Availability to support occasional deployments on weekends and outside business hours; • Commitment and a proactive attitude.
Job Requirements
- Experience developing IVR/Bots using Genesys Architect;
- Experience integrating IVR applications with REST and SOAP services;
- Experience with standard database languages such as MySQL and SQL Server;
- Knowledge of creating lambda functions;
- Familiarity with code versioning tools;
- Previous experience developing IVR (any commercial platform).
