• Work on frontend and backend development, participating in all phases of the application lifecycle. • Develop web interfaces on the frontend with a focus on optimal user experience (UX) and implementing layouts based on Figma designs. • Design and implement scalable, secure backend solutions, ensuring efficient integration between systems and APIs. • Actively participate in agile ceremonies, aligning business requirements with technical solutions. • Demonstrate autonomy and decision-making ability when facing unforeseen issues, ensuring project progress. • Maintain constant communication with partners, vendors and internal teams to remove blockers and ensure continuous delivery. • Apply observability practices, automated testing, security and performance optimization throughout development. • Contribute to a collaborative, results-oriented environment that promotes innovation and technical excellence.

• Work on the development, evolution, and maintenance of conversational text (WhatsApp) and voice (IVR) bots, focusing on generative AI solutions and building intelligent conversational flows using LLMs integrated with messaging platforms and APIs; • Interact directly with internal clients to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and actively participate in squad refinement activities; • Design conversation flows — text and voice — with a focus on user experience and alignment with business requirements; • Integrate bots with APIs, legacy systems, and messaging platforms; • Use AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality, actively contributing to an AI adoption culture within the squad; • Write and review automated tests, ensuring the quality and stability of deliveries; • Document technical solutions and developed flows, keeping knowledge accessible to the team; • Identify and propose technical and experience improvements for existing bots; • Collaborate with the QA team during validation and acceptance of deliveries; • Share technical knowledge with the team collaboratively, contributing to the squad's collective growth.

• Serve as the technical reference for the technology team, influencing Dev, BI, and QA teams horizontally. Lead by technical example, through delivery quality and the dissemination of best practices. • Guide the understanding of requests from internal clients, responsible for effort estimation and distribution of tasks according to each squad member's technical profile. • Actively contribute with code (~50% of the time), working on development and evolution of solutions. Participate in architecture decisions and guide the team's technical choices. • Define and review technical standards and coding best practices. Identify technical debt and propose continuous improvement initiatives. • Monitor technical progress of activities and flag impediments. • Provide technical mentorship, supporting the individual growth of squad members and raising the team's collective technical level. • Support the technical onboarding of new members. Promote a culture of AI adoption within the team and lead initiatives for process automation and productivity gains.

• Responsible for analyzing, developing, supporting, and deploying projects related to telecommunications and bots; • Provide support for testing (UAT) and production alongside users and integrated systems; • Participate in system modeling and in the development of applications supporting Call Center systems; • Monitor the implementation of activities involving modifications to the IVR/bots; • Propose improvement plans according to business needs; • Gather business requirements and rules; • Participate in the preparation of project/operations planning; • Availability to support occasional deployments on weekends and outside business hours; • Commitment and a proactive attitude.

• Atuar como Arquiteto de Software Fullstack Mobile: desenho e definição da proposta de solução completa (frontend mobile com Angular/Ionic e BFF com Node/Nest), tradução de requisitos de negócio em critérios técnicos, padrões de projeto, implementações técnicas e quebra de Estórias de Usuário (User Story) em tarefas detalhadas; • Mapeamento e análise do projeto atual, identificando débitos técnicos e propondo planos de ação para resolução; • Suporte a desenvolvedores na compreensão da arquitetura de software, alinhando regras de negócio, critérios de aceite, cenários de teste e requisitos de desenvolvimento; • Conduzir e direcionar discussões em refinamentos técnicos, promovendo clareza e alinhamento entre os membros do time; • Garantir conformidade com requisitos de arquitetura cloud definidos previamente; • Garantir um processo de documentação adequado e sustentável dos projetos sob sua responsabilidade; • Garantir e fomentar boas práticas de observabilidade, testes, segurança e performance no ciclo de vida do software; • Definir e evoluir padrões de comunicação entre o app mobile e o BFF, zelando por contratos de API claros, versionamento e eficiência nas chamadas; • Definir e garantir a estratégia de tagueamento de eventos para analytics, assegurando rastreabilidade, qualidade dos dados coletados e alinhamento com as áreas de produto e dados.
