Industrial Sales Representative
Carrier Global Corporation
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with industrial customers and partners • Maintain and grow existing client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored refrigeration/HVAC solutions • Promote and sell complex technical solutions, including full-scale refrigeration projects • Conduct regular customer visits across Czech Republic and Slovakia • Lead negotiations, create commercial offers, contracts, and calculation sheets • Work closely with the management team to develop and execute strategic plans • Provide market intelligence and insights to support business development efforts • Maintain sales statistics and documentation in line with internal processes
Job Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field
- Proven experience in technical B2B sales, ideally in the refrigeration or HVAC industry
- Track record of success in industrial solution sales, preferably within an international matrix organization
- Strong knowledge of the Czech and/or Slovak market, with fluency in English and Czech/Slovak
- Solid technical understanding of cooling technologies and how to communicate their value
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a talent for building trust and long-term customer relationships
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a “play to win” attitude
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative sales & engineering team
