Sharp Performance
• Drive Sales: Engage with police and fire departments to present and discuss Sharp Performance plans, driving revenue and growth. • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and offer customized solutions to enhance team performance and well-being. • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring successful platform integration. • Customer Success: Build strong relationships with clients, supporting their success throughout their journey with Sharp Performance. • Track & Report: Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads, opportunities, and track performance metrics. • Collaborate: Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client handoffs and optimize experiences. • Expand Reach: Identify new opportunities within first responder agencies to grow Sharp Performance’s impact.
Job Requirements
- Special Operations Background: Experience as a Navy SEAL, Green Beret, Army Ranger, Air Force Pararescue (PJ), MARSOC, SWCC, or similar support roles.
- Sales or Customer Success Expertise: 1–4 years of experience in SaaS or MedTech sales preferred, with flexibility based on background; customer success or post-sales experience is also considered.
- Engaging Storyteller and Presence: Ability to command a room, connect with first responders, and draw meaningful parallels between Special Operations experience and their daily challenges.
- Physical Fitness: Capability to participate in demanding, high-risk training environments such as physical training and range exercises.
- Relationship Builder: Strong trust-building skills critical to connecting with this market.
- Passion for Mental Health and Wellness: Genuine interest in supporting the mental health and wellness of first responders.
- Operational Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage relationships and drive results.
