Account Executive

Lifeway Christian Resources

• Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work • Develops and executes business plan for assigned territory • Acts as a regular consultative market presence for current and prospective customers • Meets or exceeds sales goals through cold calling, networking, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities • Develops key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer adoption of Lifeway products • Provides timely and accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts • Actively keeps Salesforce up to date • Stays abreast of competitive industry and market intelligence • Shows dedication to continuous learning • Provide feedback and input to peers and leadership • Provide feedback to peers and internal teams to aid in the development and improvement of sales materials • Local and non-local territory travel throughout assigned territory, often overnight

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Master’s degree, not required
  • Doctorate in a related field, not required
  • Available to travel within the assigned territory 2-3 days per week
  • Missional minded with a heart for supporting and serving the church
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience selling value-based products and/or services
  • Skilled in cold calling with a track record of initiating meaningful conversations and building rapport with potential clients
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and managing client relationships
  • Expertise in lead generation, including both inbound and outbound
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales, with the ability to build relationships, close deals, and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to take on a consultative style when presenting ideas and products
  • Prior experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church
