• Drive Sales: Engage with police and fire departments to present and discuss Sharp Performance plans, driving revenue and growth. • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and offer customized solutions to enhance team performance and well-being. • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring successful platform integration. • Customer Success: Build strong relationships with clients, supporting their success throughout their journey with Sharp Performance. • Track & Report: Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads, opportunities, and track performance metrics. • Collaborate: Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client handoffs and optimize experiences. • Expand Reach: Identify new opportunities within first responder agencies to grow Sharp Performance’s impact.

The Opportunity Sharp Performance is looking for a Performance Coach to provide high-quality, one-on-one coaching to high-risk professionals. In this role, you’ll help law enforcement officers, firefighters, and other frontline professionals strengthen their mental performance, stress management skills, and resilience. You’ll work closely with our coaching team, utilizing evidence-based strategies to support members’ personal and professional growth. How you’ll make an impact - Deliver High-Performance Coaching: Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions focused on improving performance, stress management, and resilience-building. - Empower High-Risk Professionals: Equip frontline professionals with the mental tools they need to thrive in high-stakes environments. - Maintain Accurate Member Notes: Document session insights and track progress for continuous member support. - Collaborate with Coaching Leadership: Work with Coach Team Leads to enhance coaching strategies and address specific member needs. - Engage in Team Development: Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to the overall growth of Sharp Performance.
