Business Intelligence Analyst

• Gather, analyze, and interpret large sets of financial and operational data from various sources, including ERP, CRM, and other business systems. • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik). • Perform ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives, including profitability, productivity, client trends, and compliance. • Collaborate with business units and leadership to understand data requirements and deliver accurate, timely insights. • Identify trends, patterns, and actionable opportunities for improvement in accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services. • Support data quality initiatives and ensure data integrity across reporting solutions. • Document processes, methodologies, and data definitions to support transparency and repeatability. • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging BI technologies relevant to accounting and professional services. • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling formats. • Assist in the automation of reporting and analytics processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Internship experience in accounting or related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
