• Own the timely delivery and quality of recurring category reports • Continuously improve existing reports (Excel, BI) • Develop new BI dashboards and reporting solutions that are intuitive and user-friendly • Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of all category data & reporting • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or reporting gaps • Implement process improvements to strengthen data quality management • Support initiatives that improve the speed and usability of data-driven solutions • Support with deep/ad hoc analysis where required • Translate data into actionable insights

• Build trusted relationships throughout the business • Lead the design and development of organizational dashboards and reports • Assess strategy, approach, and deliverables as the business and industry evolve • Ensure quality, drive operational efficiency, and set priorities • Understand the entire data warehouse structure, available data, organizational KPIs, and business objectives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data visualization needs • Act as a data thought leader and trusted advisor to business customers • Translate requirements into effective and impactful dashboards and reports • Drive adoption of data visualization and reporting solutions through training and communication • Lead and manage the data visualization team, setting goals and providing guidance • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in visualizations

• Support the development of dashboards, tabular reports, and analytical insights • Build and maintain dashboards and operational reports using enterprise BI tools • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and assist stakeholders in accessing and interpreting data • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, KPIs, and reporting logic • Write SQL queries to retrieve and prepare data for reporting and analysis • Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights • Apply visualization best practices to create clear, intuitive dashboards that support decision-making • Ensure reports follow established design standards, usability principles, and visualization best practices • Document data sources, calculations, and assumptions supporting reports and dashboards • Partner with senior BI team members to validate metrics and ensure accuracy of outputs • Communicate findings and recommendations in clear, non-technical language • Maintain and update existing reports, dashboards, and reporting datasets
