Reporting Analyst
Satellite Office
• Own the timely delivery and quality of recurring category reports • Continuously improve existing reports (Excel, BI) • Develop new BI dashboards and reporting solutions that are intuitive and user-friendly • Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of all category data & reporting • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or reporting gaps • Implement process improvements to strengthen data quality management • Support initiatives that improve the speed and usability of data-driven solutions • Support with deep/ad hoc analysis where required • Translate data into actionable insights
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in analytics, reporting, category, commercial or FMCG environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Power BI / Tableau
- Data modelling (combining disparate data sources, aggregations, transformations, building KPIs)
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication (English)
- Strong foundational analytical skills
- Experience managing and validating data quality
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, take feedback on board
- Desired Experience with syndicated data (e.g., Circana/IRI, Nielsen)
- Experience with AI enablement
- Coding capability (SQL / R / Python)
- VBA experience (Visual Basic for Applications)
