• Coordinate the effective delivery of projects for the business covering: oversight of ETAs for projects, administrative support for managing projects, resourcing related matters, and compliance & quality assurance for project delivery. • Assist the Project Managers with a range of activities throughout the project lifecycle, including due diligence, project governance, risk mitigation, hardware allocation, reporting and evaluation, to achieve project plan outcomes and requirements within agreed scope. • Support the Project Manager in monitoring and updating D-Tools and the Project Portal for active projects under management. • Proofread, amend, and offer feedback regarding documentation, when necessary, i.e. contracts, O&M Manuals, and sub-contractor agreements. • Manage the preparation of documentation including but not limited to PCDs, SWMS, and assist PMs with budget reports for projects. • Provide service and support to external customers as required, including client-side requirements for Inductions, SWMS, insurance information, etc. • Confirm handover template and project information loaded to project folder. • Ensure all appropriate collaborators to the project have access in D-tools. • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Warehousing & Logistics and other Business Services ensuring the Project Managers are supported in the delivery of the Client E2E process. • Assist the PMs in managing hardware deliveries to site in coordination with Warehousing & Logistics. • Highlight to PMs any ETA issues - delays Vs when hardware is required. • Follow up with engineering, under PM instruction, if there are any issues with procurement and alternative options are required. • Ensure As-Builts are provided by commissioning technician/site lead to engineering. • Manage the compilation of manuals & reference guides as part of project deliverables and proofread material prepared by others. • Assist Project Managers with tasks associated with close out of projects - including PCDs, Box folders & Portal. • Coordinate the reallocation of equipment post project delivery either returning to suppliers or adding to stock. • Ensure activation of maintenance where applicable. • Contact customer/ end user after completion for feedback on installation and feedback on service/maintenance after 3 months. • Onboard contractors, including coordination of sub-contractor agreements, insurances, schedule of rates, availability forecasting etc. • Assist with scheduling labour for upcoming works/ projects etc. • Assist the operations manager and PMs in completing the SWMS for each project. • Schedule technician toolbox meetings and general technician requirements – including but not limited to uniforms, purchasing of assets – replacement tools etc. • Assist the operations manager with interstate support requirements when required. • Maintenance, clean up and close out of backend documentation. • Receive and process subcontractor invoices as required. • Other duties as specified by the Operations Manager from time to time.

You’ll play an essential part in bringing TDS products and services to life across multi‑dwelling units (MDUs), multi‑tenant units (MTUs), commercial buildings, and both in‑territory and out‑of‑territory markets. With a blend of organization, communication, and problem‑solving, you’ll help ensure customers can be served seamlessly and on time. You’ll work closely with Field Services, vendors, Sales, Network Design, and other internal teams to keep everyone aligned and moving forward. What You’ll Do - Oversee all Engineering Work Orders (EWOs) tied to MDU, MTU, and commercial property enablement — ensuring buildings become PON‑ready and serviceable. - Contact property owners to schedule site surveys and follow‑up appointments for Field Services teams. - Manage the No Build queue in MetaSolv, keeping information updated across MetaSolv, LCM, and SharePoint so all teams stay informed. - Partner with Field Services to monitor progress in the field and keep workflows on track. - Research and coordinate efforts on Greenfield MDU properties — including building requirements, opening timelines, and Clarity projects. - Collaborate closely with the MDU Sales team on Right of Entry (ROE) for new developments. - Use SharePoint to coordinate contractor schedules for building wiring and maintain consistent follow‑up to ensure timely completion. - Track and monitor inventory levels, working with Field Services to ensure the right materials are available when needed. Ensures customer needs are met and errors are being resolved promptly. - Works with 3rd party vendors daily to stay in alignment on all open tasks, completed assigned tasks, & continually reviews invoicing and forecasting. - First point of contact for internal and external partners involving Drops, Commercial PON orders and MDUs for the enablement of the building. - Applies technical knowledge of products and systems to enter Engineering Work Orders (EWOs) into MetaSolv with limited information received from property owner. - This activity includes but is not limited to interpreting and verifying buildings, addressing, contact information are reflected correctly in the applicable systems. - Also, additional activities include but are not limited to selecting provisioning plans, task generation for all departments within TDS, problem solving and troubleshooting with other departments within TDS. - Responsible for accurate and timely EWO generation. - Manages multiple EWO tasks and follow up on work that is time sensitive, taking necessary actions to update the order entry system to ensure timely delivery of services to customers. - Reviews and updates orders daily to ensure proper appointment date and time, order status, job code, and other identified order quality criteria. - Promptly handles Open, Incomplete or Rejected orders. - Provides information and direction to Field Services and other departments (Sales, APC, etc.) as requested. - Applies advanced knowledge of Dispatching System, workflows and processes. - Navigates facility-based systems and interprets data to diagnose and provide direction, as needed. - This work often requires oral and written communications to multiple departments. - Initiates all EWOs within MetaSolv and further manages all queues within MetaSolv & UTS as required. - Completes all administrative work related to job duties and documents results as needed. - Manages record updates to various applications including MetaSolv, AGOL, Service Availability, SharePoint, LCM, Clarity, UTS, & future applications. - Manages inventory levels for materials used by field services and coordinates product review for types of materials used in enablement of addresses. - Works cross functionally with all TDS teams to ensure continual enablement of addresses. This includes marketing opportunities, status updates, resolving questions/concerns, etc. - Provides support for contingent worker process, unit-based billing, contract review/negotiations, product recommendations, reporting, etc. Qualifications Required Qualifications - Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience. - Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines in order to meet TDS’s business needs including but not limited to our obligations to our customers and to our customers’ needs. - 3 + years administrative support with internal and external customer experience OR current military service, or prior military service with honorable discharge.
