Remote candidates in all US locations will be considered. Must support EST time zone.Pay Rate: $57.99/hour - $76.75/hourWork Hours: M-F 8am-5pm Education: Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Agile Practitioner to lead the delivery of an enterprise Identity implementation. This role requires hands-on experience in product-focused delivery, Agile and Scrum methodologies, and enterprise IT platforms. Key Responsibilities - Project & Product Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of Identity programs, including roadmap execution, feature delivery, and operational readiness. - Identity Implementation: Manage migration from Microsoft Identity Manager to Microsoft Entra, implementing advanced lifecycle workflows, integrations, governance controls, and dashboards. - Agile & Scrum Execution: Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners to prioritize features and deliver measurable business value. - Governance & Risk Management: Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and provide executive reporting. Ensure compliance with PMO standards. - Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as primary contact for delivery status, risks, and dependencies. Drive alignment and adoption across teams. - Continuous Improvement: Promote Agile retrospectives, lessons learned, and delivery metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
