Job Description
Visual Brand Manager, Creative Content Designer – E‑Commerce
MATOLUX GmbH
• You are the visual anchor for our brand. • You ensure that MATO appears cohesive across all touchpoints — aesthetically high-quality and audience-oriented. • Brand guardianship: You oversee our entire corporate design and ensure that our visual presence is consistent and on-brand across all channels. • AI content creation: You generate high-quality product images using our established internal AI workflows (we’ll train you fully!) and produce short 3–5 second animation clips from them. • Performance design: Creation of strong static creatives for Meta and Pinterest ads in Figma. • E-commerce excellence: Design high-quality, conversion-focused product images for our online shop, as well as product images and A+ Content for Amazon. • Social media management: Visually plan and publish aesthetic posts and Stories for Instagram and Pinterest to engage our community.
Job Requirements
- An eye for design: You have a natural, excellent, and intuitive sense for aesthetics, composition, color, and typography — you’re a true professional, not an amateur designer.
- Targeted creativity: You love beautiful design but also understand what matters in e-commerce. You’re not overly idealistic; you design modern, audience-focused, and sales-driven visuals.
- Tool stack: You are completely confident using Figma and common graphics programs (e.g., Photoshop).
- Curiosity & tech affinity: You’re keen to learn our AI workflows and use them as a modern tool for your designs.
- Team player: You appreciate structured collaboration with clear roles and enjoy coordinating with our marketing team and the video editor.
- Independent working style: You can work in a structured way from home or on-site in Wiesen and prioritize your tasks.
Benefits
- Remote-friendly: You have the choice to work from our office in Wiesen, Burgenland, or from anywhere. 100% remote is possible.
- Modern workplace: If you opt for the office, you’ll join a dynamic, young team in a modern environment.
- Company laptop: We provide a powerful laptop (MacBook) so you can work optimally, wherever you are.
- Flexible working hours: With flexible hours, you have the freedom to structure your day (work start allowed until 9:00).
- Gym membership: We care about your health — we cover your gym membership costs.
- Attractive salary: Gross annual salary starting at €40,000 — overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience. Full-time or part-time employment is possible.
