Program Manager
Redhorse Corporation
• Manage multiple projects in support of DSCA programs, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and performance objectives. • Serve as the primary point of contact between government stakeholders, Redhorse leadership, and project teams. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports. • Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across internal and external teams. • Identify risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies. • Support program planning, execution, and performance tracking in accordance with federal standards. • Facilitate meetings, prepare briefings, and document action items and decisions. • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, policies, and reporting expectations. • Contribute to continuous process improvement and best practices across the program.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, International Relations, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably supporting federal customers.
- Experience managing projects in dynamic, mission-driven environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (active clearance preferred).
