Director, Inbound Marketing

• Own the full digital acquisition motion across paid media, organic search, AI-driven search visibility, and website as a primary revenue engine. • Scale high-volume inbound pipeline and drive predictable revenue growth. • Manage paid media end-to-end and turn search (SEO + AI search) into a powerhouse growth channel. • Build Tekmetric.com as a revenue-driving product, ensuring clarity and discoverability. • Execute a search-forward growth roadmap and optimize website for AI-driven search environments. • Build dashboards and forecasting models to predict performance metrics. • Monitor performance daily and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve strategies. • Manage and mentor a small team across performance marketing and web.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or demand generation in high-growth SaaS.
  • Passion for scaling inbound growth engines in dynamic SaaS environments
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar paid media programs with pipeline outcomes.
  • Experience owning and optimizing a website as a revenue-driving digital product.
  • Deep knowledge of modern SEO across technical, content, and on-page optimization.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven search behavior and how to optimize for it.
  • Experience building search strategies that improve visibility, rankings, and search-driven conversions.
  • Expertise in experimentation frameworks, attribution, pipeline analytics, and funnel forecasting.
  • Ability to build dashboards, interpret complex data, and translate insights into action.
  • Experience managing and developing a small, high-performing team.
  • Ability to prioritize ruthlessly, move fast, and operate with clarity in a scaling environment.
