• Consulting, conception, analysis, management and optimization of online marketing channels: SEA (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) • SEO (search engine optimization) • Affiliate marketing • Product search engines / price comparison portals • Programmatic advertising: display & remarketing (RTB / RTA) • Social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, XING Ads, LinkedIn Ads) • Marketing automation / email marketing • Responsibility for media planning and ad creatives • Management of external service providers/agencies • Client and key account consulting • Monitoring KPIs and budgets from a performance perspective • Optimization and provisioning of product data, e.g., for Google Shopping • Identification of usability and conversion improvement opportunities • Budget and revenue responsibility • Web analytics / tracking / analysis & interpretation • Optimization of targets (CPL, CPO, KUR [cost-to-revenue ratio], ROAS) • Client workshops, including on-site at customer locations • Coordination with other offices; regular travel between Stuttgart, Hamburg and Berlin
Job Requirements
- Degree in business/economics and/or a comparable degree or vocational training
- At least 2 years of experience in online marketing and a total of 3 years' professional experience
- Decisiveness, strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Customer-focused, independent, structured and goal-oriented working style with a strong service orientation
- High affinity for online/digital channels
- A good sense for design and layout as well as technical and marketing copy
- Ability to work precisely, reliably and result-oriented under time pressure
- Professional and business-appropriate demeanor towards colleagues, clients and partners
- Confident user of Microsoft Office
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
- High commitment, flexibility and occasional willingness to travel (national)
