Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute localized marketing and communications strategies that strengthen practice brand visibility, support physician reputation, and drive patient growth. • Translate practice performance data and local market insights into actionable marketing recommendations, including campaign prioritization, messaging focus, and channel mix to support patient growth and referral development. • Serve as a strategic marketing advisor to Navista practices, helping guide decision making on campaign timing and disease state focus based on business goals, competitive dynamics, and practice maturity. • Monitor local market dynamics and competitive positioning to inform practice marketing strategies and messaging. • Manage the social media strategy and execution for Navista member practices; Develop and post organic social media content, create and manage content calendars, coordinate visual asset development, and contribute to reporting. • Collaborate with individual practices to promote community events, highlight team culture, and share valuable patient-facing content. • Propose video themes by scripting provider videos and commercials and develop interview questions for testimonials and spotlights. • Serve as a content manager/writer for promotional collateral, including rack cards, blogs, infographics, website bios, flyers. • Lead general and localized content creation, scheduling, and community engagement to drive brand awareness and promotions. • Work closely with Physician Relations Managers, Operators, Creative, Web, and vendor/agencies to implement marketing strategies tailored by practice.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, preferred
  • 4-8 years’ experience in related field, experience in oncology or healthcare is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with downstream marketing and lead generation activities
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office abilities with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills; Is highly detail oriented
  • Demonstrated time management, project management and marketing experience
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and effectively collaborate with others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple initiatives at once
  • Demonstrates logical decision making and executive presence in a business environment
  • Ability to understand market trends and competitive positioning
  • Ability/willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic)
