• Dar seguimiento al pipeline de candidatos y mantener actualizado el estado de cada proceso. • Acompañar a candidatos a lo largo del proceso, asegurando una gran experiencia. • Coordinar tareas operativas vinculadas a los procesos con orden, criterio y atención al detalle. • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer optimizaciones en procesos internos. • Realizar entrevistas y evaluaciones de candidatos. • Explicar posiciones a candidatos, resolver dudas y despertar interés por las oportunidades. • Priorizar tareas según urgencia, impacto y estado de cada proceso. • Utilizar herramientas propias y soluciones de automatización e IA para trabajar de forma eficiente. • Contribuir al crecimiento del equipo con un enfoque hands-on y orientado a resultados. • Colaborar en llamadas y acciones de activación con candidatos y clientes.
