Business Development Executive

HFM

• Researches and analyses the market to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape. • Manages and coordinates business development activities across the region. • Supports and trains other staff at HFM’s offices. • Builds and maintains strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person. • Develops and executes business development plans to achieve company goals, which can include market entry strategies, sales campaigns, and partnership initiatives. • Collaborates with internal teams to implement and execute business strategies. • Negotiates and finalizes agreements with affiliates and partners.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and Financial background.
  • Experience working in or with African markets (a strong advantage).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to commute around the country.
